Nike sues Wal-mart

Nike officially filed a lawsuit against Wal-mart back in October. The lawsuit claims some of the footwear being sold at Wal-mart stores closely resembles the shoes that Nike produces, such as Nike Shox. Wal-mart does not sell Nike shoes because Nike won't allow it. Nike thinks it would devalue the image of the brand if their shoes were sold in discount chain stores like Wal-mart. Click here to read the article.
